Kubuntu extracodecs and programming link fixes

Hello everyone,

Here are two patches I've just made. The Kubuntu one has a package name change 
(libk3b2-mp3 has become libk3b2-extracodecs) for MP3 installation. And both 
contain updates for bug #162446[1].
