I've now split-up the Style Guide on the wiki - the root page is here
[1], as before. Thanks for volunteering to work on tidying it up; it
looks like it's going to be a pretty substantial job I'm afraid!

Please let me know if you'd like a hand with anything, or have any
comments on the formatting/structure I've used.
