Sorry to be a pain about this, but the instances of "Menu Bar" that
you've changed appear in indexing tags; what that means is that they
don't appear to the user and are there simply to assist when the user
searches for a string. Given that the user is unlikely to know whether
it's called "menu bar" or "menubar", it's preferable to keep the index
term on both so that either search will find the appropriate text.
