PDF Files

Hello,

I have inspected the SVN of the XML Documents.  I have figured out how
to turn the XML files into HTML, to include using different XSL
sheets, etc...

I found in the libraries a XSL style sheet for PDF files, but I can't
figure out how to make it work correctly, using FOP, or anything else.

What is the easiest, perhaps most preferred, means of outputting the
documents in PDF format?

Also, what are your favorite XML editors?
