Whom does it concern:
xubuntu documentation team

What is that about:
merging xubuntu/libs/xubuntu.ent and xubuntu/libs/gnome-menus-C.ent

What for:
to reduce mess and simplify ENTITY stuff.

What is current situation:
gnome-menus-C.ent and xubutnu.ent contain some information that
duplicates, gnome-menus-C.ent contains a lot of stuff irrelevant for
xubuntu.

What is the proposed solution:
Move (and update where necessary) the relevant stuff from
gnome-menus-C.ent to xubuntu.ent. Delete gnome-menus-C.ent, update
documentation 'headers'.

What is the status of work:
I intend to start working on the patch as soon as possible, if
everyone agrees that it the Right Thing to do. I would love some
insight from other developers.
