Fun new features

Hi guys,

There are a couple of new features which need documenting. Any takers?

 * System -> Administration -> Printing now uses system-config-printer
rather than the old GNOME capplet (gnome-cups-manager). This means that
printing.xml is out of date.

 * System -> Administration -> Screens and Graphics is new
(displayconfig-gtk). It has no documentation as far as I can tell, not
even a man page.
