Gnome User Guide: changes to Top Edge Panel

Removed references to User Switcher applet and Deskbar applet and made a 
very minor text change.

Note:  The current Feisty Yelp doesn't contain references to User 
Switcher or Deskbar.  Might be some kind of skew of versions between our 
current copy and Gnome.org
