Yes, by all means send it to me (or the ubuntu-doc list) first and we
can give you some pointers on how to convert it to DocBook [1].

DocBook is pretty easy to get to grips with if you're familiar with
HTML. We also follow the writing style in the Ubuntu Style Guide [2], so
it's probably best to take a look at that before you start writing. The
only other thing I'd mention is that you should probably keep the
section quite short and try to answer the 'question' in a concise way.
