Yes, but you would only know about that page if you were already
involved in writing documentation.

Does anyone know of a site which provides that service to the user?
For example, a site which points to various sources of Ubuntu
documentation for someone who is looking for help on a specific topic.
 A meta-documentation page, if you will.
