Major changes to internet.xml and files-and-docs.xml

Hi guys,

I'm planning to make two large changes to trunk/ubuntu tomorrow, as
discussed previously:

 * Splitting internet.xml up into separate files (for ease of
maintenance and navigation)
 * Adding a new section to files-and-docs, which concerns the use of
removable media etc (written by Milo)

This means that the following changes will be made:
U	ubuntu/internet/C/internet.xml
A	ubuntu/internet/C/connecting.xml
A	ubuntu/internet/C/networking.xml
A	ubuntu/internet/C/web-apps.xml
U	ubuntu/files-and-docs/C/files-and-docs.xml
A	ubuntu/files-and-docs/C/disks.xml

The two updates are in order to change internet.xml to a 'book' and to
add a new link into files-and-docs.xml.

Please let me know if you object to me going ahead with these changes
for any reason, or would like me to apply these changes in a different
way.
