It's nice to do so, but it is not required.  As per the
ubuntuforums.org guidelines,"Public forum data is released under the
Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License."

That means that you just have to attribute (give them credit - mention
their name) in the wiki page or any other work you create which is
based on a forum post.
