The Ubuntu installer takes the form of an assistant (a window with 
several steps, and Back/Forward buttons). Therefore, any help is 
embedded in the window rather than presented separately. (Similarly, 
wizards in Windows and assistants in Mac OS have all their help 
embedded, not separate.)

There are probably some cases where the installer does not provide 
enough help. If you find such a case, please report it as a bug in 
Ubiquity.
