Serverguide Patch (DHCP & DNS sections)

Hi all,

Attached is a patch to the Ubuntu Server Guide which I've been using to
set up a server recently.  There are changes to 2 sections:

1. DHCP.  Currently describes install/configuration of the dhcpd
package, which doesn't exist.  Changed to describe install/configuration
of the dhcp3-server package.

2. DNS.  Currently describes install/configuration of the bind package
(universe).  Changed to describe install/configuration of the bind9
package (main).

Hopefully good for inclusion :-) .
