Discuss the issues you may find and submit patches. We will review it,
add our comments and commit your patch.

IMO, there is no real need to split the chapters. Server Guide is
already splitted accross 4/5 files and network applications is one of
them. In Network applications, almost all sections have around 3
sub-sections (installation, configuration, testing/sub-section). So i
dont see any difficulty having it as single file.
