About Kubuntu Patch - Trunk

Here is a quick patch I made messing around with the "About Kubuntu" page.

Changes:
* The current ToC looks out of place, changed <sect2> to <sect1>
* Added Support section (crude mock-up at this time, needs to be finessed)
* Added kubuntu-support ENTITY in global.ent
* Brief rewording & grammar
