Wrong alignment and BiDi problems in Hebrew help

Hello all,
I am writing about a bug in the Hebrew version of the help system.
The Hebrew Help documents in Ubuntu 6.10 (such as "system help" and "about
Ubuntu") are aligned to the left (while they should be aligned to the right)
and are messed up when English text (such as program names) is combined in
the Hebrew text. The latter is probably and encoding problem.

Anyway, the Hebrew help system is rendered useless by this problem.
