Entity &distro-release-date; not translated

I thought this was discussed at one of the few docteam mtgs we had that we
were removing entities like that which couldn't be translated?

Argh. No, it can't be translated, we'll have to learn our lesson with
the entities and cut them out in the next release cycle.
