Capitalization of "Open Source Community", "Release Candidate" ?

"as faster system boot up times" should be just "as faster system boot
up"; times is redundant, same for the next point about GNOME,

Crash Reports still needs a link to more information and/or that GNOME
applications do not use crash reporter.

Aside, I am annoyed Tomboy is being promoted when it has some
awkwardness to it which has not received feedback to
