Edgy Release Notes

Afternoon,

I just saw the Draft of the release candiate email and need to point out
one major problem.  I don't know who to address this to, but
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/EdgyReleaseNotes needs some major work or there
should be another link created.  I know there is
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/EdgyBetaAnnouncement but nothing in
EdgyReleaseNotes that should be seen by the public as "release notes."

I'm cc'ing the doc team as we help out w/ the wiki as well and I posted an
earlier email there hoping someone would take charge.  I'm at work until
late this evening and won't be able to update it before it might be too
late as I'm on EST.
