Hi,

There were no oppositions to segmenting the DialupHowto. So, the new,
segmented Dialup Howto wiki page is ready for review. You can see it at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupModemHowtoNew

It is basically copy-pasting of in-page sections into separate wiki
pages. I would be glad if anyone and everyone can take a look at it and
fix anything that seems to be wrong.

I am planning to make it the new
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupModemHowto within a week or so,
if there are no objections we can't work on or around.
