You get an @ubuntu.com address upon becoming a ubuntu member - perhaps 
people contributing via the various lists/forums should try to get 
Ubuntu membership. Of course it doesn't stop people "helping" when 
they've got their membership for non-technical reasons but they should 
be reasonably responsive when shown the "proper" way.
