Plans for a translated documentation website

I can't talk for the whole world, but at least swedish "geeks" (maybe
the term is wrong, but I think it shows my point anyway) sometimes look
for english documentation even when there are decent swedish
documentation. Since the rest of the world is in english, it's easier to
not have to "reverse-translate" everything. Therefore, I don't feel the
"geeky" documentation (server guide + packaging guide) have to be
translated.

The desktop guides is something different. If there are only 10-20
strings translated, there really isn't much to see. If 50% or so is
translated, I think it might be a valuable resource even if everything
isn't in the native language.

And I just can't resist saying this: I did the swedish translations
almost by myself. To all of the other countries: can't everyone in your
team Together beat me? Come on! Give me some competition! :P
