Error in Kubuntu release notes

I agree it should be the &distro variable.  Thanks for committing.  Things
are a little weird as I'm currently in limbo between jobs and a laptop

Committed as revision 3108. Maybe it should be 6.06 LTS instead of
plain old 6.06  (could simply use the &distro-rev; variable
