Patch for Edubuntu School Advocacy

Hi all,

First submission.  Please apply the cluebat with tact and wit :-) .

Having observed some activity in #edubuntu recently on this topic I've
had a look at the Edubuntu School Advocacy document and have a few (10)
suggested changes in the attached patch file.  Some typos, some
re-wordings.  No emotional attachment - ignore them all at your will.
