Adding a third step to g-cups-add to configure printer name

Hi documentation team,

we recently got a contributed patch for gnome-cups-manager which
allows the user to set the name and description of a newly configured
printer. This feature has been asked for very often, unfortunately we
got the patch after UI freeze. Please see

Can you please approve/reject this for Dapper? Please write your
answer to the bug report so that we have everything in one place.
