adding strings for linking to Lulu

Hi,
So, although we still have a few wrinkles to sort out with the Lulu
stuff, we're nearly there, so I think it is ok for us to figure out the
string we want to insert into each of the guides to link to the printed
copy. Are people ok with this:
You can buy this guide in book form from <ulink
url="http://www.lulu.com/ubuntu-doc">our Lulu store</ulink>. You will
only pay for the price of printing and postage.
I'd suggest adding this string to the introduction of the relevant
guides (UDG, KDG, PG, SG) near where it says that an html version is
available from help.ubuntu.com. Then we can notify the translations and
get them translating this string.
Thoughts?
