Kubuntu "Quick Guide" PDF

As per a discussion in the #ubuntu-doc channel, the project at hand is a
printable version of the "Quick Guide" for distribution with donation
machines from our Non-Profit to families without computers.  We could
then also put the "User Guide" on CD with links to valueable websites
for deeper instruction.  Thank you.
