xubuntu desktop guide

I just made another commit to the XDG in SVN.

- added getting-help.xml to XDG, basically unchanged from Ubuntu DG.
- added menus directory, with (so far) thunar & firefox entities
(more menu entities can be taken from the UDG/Gnome menu entities &
modified)
- trunk/libs/global.ent  now has an Xubuntu section, to go with the
Ubuntu/Kubuntu sections it's already got.
