pdfs on website are now updated

Hi all,

I've got round to installing all the horrible non-free things you need
to build the pdfs on our preview server, so now the pdfs are updated
once each day. To make them easier to copy to the webspace, I moved the
build output: they are now built into trunk/build/pdf

You can download them here:
