Email Addresses in the Authors Files

hmm, perhaps...

create an author entity for the doc team:

ubuntu-documentation-team.xml

then list that as the first author of each doc, with the contributing
authors listed underneath the doc team author entry.

which for each doc would give us:

Doc Title

Ubuntu Documentation Team
Author 1
Author 2
...

???
