Email Addresses in the Authors Files

Hi All,

I was going to use the author-* entities in release-notes.xml.
release-notes.xml currently has email addresses listed in it. The
author entities have the email addresses commented out so that if I
use them the way we should be using them then email addresses are
missing. Obviously spam is a concern but it may be better to have
contact information in the docs. Does anyone object to uncommenting
the email addresses and using the author entities properly?
