Patch to make KDE online doc headings clickable

(trivial FYI) You can work straight on the file you want to change, and
then do "svn diff > mypatch.diff"

This certainly fixes the issue on the index page, but sadly means that a
lot of the pages lose their left margin, so I won't apply it yet. I'm no
good with css, but your patch has made me think there must be an easy
answer here somewhere :)
