Well done for for taking the initiative on this Corey!

In a way this is an intrinsic advantage that we have of being able to 
respond flexibly to comments in the press, not just by issuing 
statements but, actually changing our websites (and possibly software).

Perhaps we should have a quiet think about how we can learn from this 
and whether we can transform it into some informal rules of thumb for 
ourselves. Basically if someone publishes negative coverage of Ubuntu 
they should get a friendly email suggesting ways that the problem can be 
solved. It can create very good coverage as here. The 'community' got 
criticised for being a bit rude though, which we might also learn from.

Anyway, well done!
