installation guide section on upgrading

If i recall correctly for Breezy there was an upgrading wiki page that dealt with both Kubuntu and Breezy?  We can always do the same for Dapper

I think an upgrade to Dapper section might not be useful in the Desktop Guide. 
What are the odds that someone without Dapper actually goes to d.u.c/h.u.c 
and checks it out?  It might be better to have a wiki page which explains the 
procedure.
