Announcing Kubuntu Desktop Guide preview

I am happy to announce the preview for the Kubuntu Desktop Guide at 
http://doc.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/desktopguide-web/C/index.html.  The status page 
is available at 	http://doc.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/status/kdg-report.html. Any 
help/comments are welcome before we put it on the forums for community 
review. 

I looked at the Kubuntu Desktop Guide preview at  and observed that it wasn't 
styled as well as the Ubuntu Desktop Guide or even the Kubuntu Quick Guide. I 
have a feeling that i messed up somewhere, if someone could take a look at 
the Makefile, I would be much obliged.
