SwitchingFromWindows Guide

Running a bit behind on email, I know there is a SoC guide for migration,
will probably only focus on Ubuntu though :(  However I still would like to
get started on working on these guide and get it up and running.

Please also be aware that there is a Google SoC project for migration
built into Ubiquity.
