Installation guide

My biggest issue is that last time I checked, the guide didn't reference
Kubuntu at all and I think it should, especially if included on the Kubuntu
CD. I do agree there should be a document on how to use Ubquity for both
Kubuntu and Ubuntu

It was derived from upstream d-i manual with parts "Ubuntu-fied" as
needed and its as complete as it can be. It is very much appliclable
with the Alternate CD since it delves mostly on command-line interface
and aptitude and if you noticed, it is quite advanced (pre-seeding,
network install, etc.).

What we would probably want in the future is a simple one page quick
install document that showcases Ubiquity.
