Does Java really belong in RestrictedFormats in the first place? The
RestrictedFormats seem to concentrate on media formats. Java isn't a media
format, and plus Java in a whole needs to have its own location due to the
amount of info available for it. Plus the Shockwave and Flash probably don't
belong in RestrictedFormats as they belong as plugins more then anything
else. I could see them combined with Firefox, Konqueror, or any other browser
being used as plugins. That is my 2 cents.
