I think that this wiki page needs a much more major overhaul. It is too
long, and covers too many subjects to be helpful. I have no problem with
a catch-all RestrictedFormats base page, but there should be separate
pages for each subject. At a glance, I think that more or less each
second level section in there could have (and probably does already
have) its own page.
