howtos on dnsmasq/privoxy/polipo

hi all
sorry its taken a while to meantion here.
I've written 3 proper howtos [1,2,3], and 1 rough page to link them 
together [4].

If there's anything useful in the pages I'm happy to write them in 
docbook and or move them into the correct place for help files.

anyway, feedback welcome ;)
