If someone could make a spec with differently graded tasks, I'd be happy
to record desktop sessions and get some friends and family to carry out
the listed tasks. But writing the tasks and instructions should be done
by someone with good understanding. It would be important that everyone
knows I haven't helped them and they simply read a task like. "The
computer can't connect to the internet. Try and find a solution". Then
we can see what they do starting from the Ubuntu Desktop - do they go
straight for a browser?
