Hi all,
I am not sure if Ubuntu wiki supports templates.
We, the Ubuntu India Team, use Media Wiki. The admin of the wiki has created a template for category
cleanup which adds a notice at the top of page and adds the page to category cleanup. All one needs
to do is add {{cleanup}} at the top of page.
An example can be seen at http://www.ubuntu-in.org/wiki/Sandbox
