Someone publishing an article about Ubuntu should have taken more care  
in perusing the system -- but still, putting a "Help" submenu inside a  
"System" menu is poor placement if you want people to find the help.

I think that by Edgy, with decent search, better coverage of topics  
like Internet connections and printing, and better integration of Gnome  
help with other help, Ubuntu's help system will be approaching a  
standard where it should have a top-level menu (in the "Menu Bar") or  
menu item (in the "Main Menu") of its own, like it does in other  
popular operating systems.
