Tips and Tricks patch

The section is pretty useful, but the problem is that the category "tips and
tricks" does not tell the user anything about the nature of what answers are
found in that section. On the other hand, the other sections are structured in
terms of what answers are found. This makes it confusing for users to know where
to find things, because they don't know whether the answers are in the main
guide, or in the tips and tricks section.
At worst, I think we should create a decent substructure for the tips and tricks
section, based on content.
