For that particular page, I'd start with putting all that introductory
stuff into real sentences. Point form is useful, but actual English
sentences are friendlier.
There's also been a lot of work lately on getting the other wireless
pages on the wiki into shape - linking that page to & from the main
wireless networking pages would also be good.
