Codecs and DVDs patch

[Milo Casagrande]

Hello!
I've written a small patch for the "Desktop Starter Guide" in the
section "Codecs And DVDs" correcting the gstreamer-0.8 plugin version.
Now it says to use the gstreamer-0.10, I've also deleted the
gst-register step as with 0.10 it is no more necessary.
