Real Player 10 patch

Hello!
I've written a small patch to correct the RealPlayer 10 install
instruction, resolving the problem about the libstdc++5 missing package.

Reading the section "Codecs And DVDs" I see that multimedia codecs lists
the gstreamer-0.8 plugins while Dapper version of totem-gstreamer needs
gstreamer-0.10, is it something that needs to be correct?
