Server Guide Network Applications / TCP/IP

Here are some additions to the TCP/IP piece of the Networking  
Applications section of the Server Guide.

Hopefully this is what is needed in terms of content. ;-)

I can finish the section out, but need a couple of pointers on two  
areas:

1) TCP/IP Configuration :  What needs to be stated in this section  
exactly?

2) IP Routing : How involved here?  Should I just describe what IP  
Routing is, and that's it, or give examples, and such?  Do I deal  
with IP addresses, and such in this section too?

Also, I modded the OpenSSH a wee bit to add sudo to the apt-get  
command references.
