Wikified: MOTU School - "Packaging without debhelper and/or CDBS"

Hi all,

I've added MOTU/School (mostly from the fridge announcement) and converted
the IRC log into MOTU/School/2005-12-10 on the wiki. I've informed ajmitch,
\sh, and siretart, since the three of them seemed to be the main characters
in that story. ;-)

Still, since I don't know squat about make, debs, packaging, etc, more eyes
are welcome. It could use some formatting as well, since I'm not certain
of the best way to handle the parts that I left IRC-like. If you feel
that urge to edit coming on, have a look at:

      https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/School
and https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/School/2005-12-10

Later...
