More patches for Kubuntu Desktop Guide

Some more patches as described below:

Makefile.patch -> Create status reports for Kubuntu Desktop Guide
getting-started.xml.patch -> Made inline with Ubuntu Desktop Guide, changed 
status tags
kde.ent.patch -> Minor Addition of version entity
new-add-applications.xml.patch -> Similiar to Ubuntu Desktop Guide, but with 
Adept

As usual, tar.gz ed to sneak thru 50Kb limit. If someone can commit my 
previous patch to the desktop guide, that would also be great.
